Everything is built around you. Your body, your goals, your starting point. Two sessions a week with Greg, a movement assessment, nutrition guidance, and progress tracking built in from day one.

Complete your 6 weeks and step straight into our semi-private community. Three sessions per week, ongoing programming, and the people to keep you accountable.
The coach
I've trained under Olympic medalist gymnasts and weightlifters, spent 16 years refining what actually works, and brought it all back to Mildura. My job is to find the most efficient path to your specific goal, whether that's weight loss, resolving pain, building strength, or just feeling better every day.
I'm not here to sell you a generic program. I'm here because I genuinely care about helping people, wherever they're starting from. If the Kick Start isn't right for you, I'll tell you that too.
