Functional Fitness Group Sessions

Group Training Sessions are now ran by Intuitive Body Lab with me as the Head Coach. 
Large group, 45 minute Functional Fitness sessions that are great for building muscle mass & zaping calories is my recommend session for those who are looking to start taking their training to the next level.
