What's Involved
3 x 1:1 PT Sessions Per week + More
- I'll work with you 1:1 3 times per week
- You'll have a program for each week to do on your off days.
- Sessions will go for approx 45 minutes
- The program will be tailored to suit you as an individual but will include a wide variety of Resistance based movements and some cardiovasular exercise.
Personalised Nutrition
- Nutrition is KEY to this program and your dream outcome.
- You will work 1:1 with an Nutrition Expert to hit our goals in 8 weeks.
- Education & Building a healthy relationship with Food will be built into this program
Accountability & Support
- I am here to keep you accountable. That means you can contact me when you need and i'll contact you to keep you on track.
- I can answer your questions or I can use my network of professionals to get the right answers.

I want to be fit / fitter before I Start
Start here, it will save you time. Stepping out of your comfort zone is difficult, you don’t need to be fit to start. You just have to be willing to step in the door and focus on you and the process and everything else won't matter.
I don’t have time because of work, kids, etc.
If you were to tell your Spouse or Kids that you need an hour, 3 times a week because you want to improve your health so you have more energy and can be a better partner / role model. I’m positive not only will they support you, they will be happy you asked.
Gym / healthy eating is expensive, is this program going to be expensive?
This program is going to be an investment. It will fast track your progress to a fitter, healthier you and provide you with all the knowledge and framework to continue this beyond the program.
How much time, effort, trial and error would it take to achieve these outcomes on your own?
Time is the one thing we all have but cannot get back. Not taking this opportunity is expensive. It will help you make MORE of your limited time.
I have an injury, my medical expert told me “x y z” Can I still partake?
I’m an expert at pre-hab and rehab exercises. I’m able to work with any individual circumstances and we can address any injuries while getting you to your destination.
I like to drink alcohol, can I Still drink?
The reason you are here is because what you are currently doing isn’t working toward where you want to be.
NO alcohol for the first 8 weeks then we can look at how it can fit into your lifestyle.
I’m not good at cooking / I don’t like cooking
I have easy suggestions on meals and ways you can cook to save time, effort, still taste good & work towards your goals.
Once we establish how knowing how to cook a few simple things well will serve you, I can't promise you’ll love it, but you’ll find the effort of cooking worthwhile.
I’ve tried every diet, none have worked for me.
We won’t be dieting. We will be building new pillars of health and learning how to make a sustainable lifestyle that works for you.
Once we build the foundations and have consistency, the results will come.
